You may return any stock item within 30 days for a refund, regardless of the reason, with the following exceptions:

• Custom Items
• Items that cannot be resold

If the issue is caused by Aline Packaging Ltd., they will arrange free return shipping. If not, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process:

1. call 1-778-802-1818 to receive a Return Code.
2. Write the Return Code on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item to Delta facility.
