Processing Time
All orders will be processed within one business day after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t process orders on holidays or weekends. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (PDT) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
In the case of any significant delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.
Delivery Procedure
Your order will be delivered within 24-36 hours after your order has been received. We will notify you through Email once we set out the delivery time.
Delivery time will usually be 8:00 AM-4:00 PM on weekdays. We will notify you if we set out another delivery time. If you need delivery service other than these time slots, please contact us by email at [email protected] within 1 hour after you place your order.
Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order by mistake, you can apply for cancellation within one hour after placing the order from your account. If it exceeds one hour, please contact customer service directly by calling the provided phone number.

Free delivery service is available for orders that meet the purchase threshold, please refer to our DELIVERY POLICY. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to pick up your order at our warehouse. Pickup time is Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10AM-4PM, excluding holidays. Thank you!
